Minimum age
The Hybrid One app and its community are intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are not yet an adult, you need your legal representative’s consent where required to enter into the usage agreement. Age confirmation does not replace that consent.

Publishing and discovery
The community is available only to signed-in users. Publish only content you created yourself or have the necessary rights to publish. Confirm this for every publication. You must expressly accept these terms before your first publication and when a new version applies.
Categorize your template accurately and check its title, description, training direction, focuses, experience level, content language, equipment and scope. It can become visible immediately after automatic checks; there is no individual editorial approval. Quantity and rate limits protect the community against abuse. Private drafts are not published automatically.
Your rights and use of templates
Your content remains yours; you do not transfer ownership. By publishing, you grant the provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and technically process the template and make it available to signed-in users for viewing and import as part of the community service. This license is limited to those purposes.
Other members may import published templates for their own training and adapt their personal copy. Importing does not permit resale or republication of someone else's content. Those uses require your own rights or permission from the rights holder. In particular, do not upload copied paid programs, third-party images or texts without the necessary permission.
Prohibited content and conduct
Illegal content, copyright infringement, hate, discrimination, harassment, threats, sexual violence and content that endangers or exploits children are prohibited. Do not publish private or particularly sensitive information about other people. Spam, misleading categories, impersonation and evasion of blocks or limits are prohibited.
Promises of cures, dangerous instructions and deceptive medical advice are not allowed. Community templates are contributions from other members, not individualized medical care or a guarantee of training results.
Reporting, hiding and moderation
You can report templates in the app and hide authors from your view. You can also report rights infringements or other problems to kontakt@hybrid-one.eu; identify the template and explain the issue. Abusive reports are prohibited. Reports are reviewed; content that violates these rules may be removed and publishing access restricted or suspended. Contact the same address to request a review of a moderation decision.
Withdrawal, copies and account deletion
You can withdraw your publication. It will then no longer be available for new retrievals and imports. Previously imported templates are independent snapshots: later edits, withdrawal or account deletion do not automatically change or delete other members' personal copies. The right granted to use lawfully imported copies for their own training continues. Statutory rights to erasure and injunctive relief remain unaffected.
Privacy and statutory rights
The privacy notice explains public template data, private training data, acceptance records and moderation data. These terms do not limit mandatory statutory rights. Material changes to the terms are presented for renewed acceptance before another publication.
